It wasn’t all bad news at the box office this past year.

The movie industry as a whole may be boringly left-wing, but occasionally a conservative message breaks through, sometimes intentionally and sometimes accidentally or because filmmakers simply applied themselves to telling the truth. Here are ten films that brought conservative concepts to the multiplex in 2018, ranked according to conservative firepower:

FWIW, I heard Chappaquiddick was still made by liberals.

Saw it, good movie as far as that goes, docudrama would be my description.

The list looks okay. I've only seen one of the others.

I saw "The Death Of Stalin." If you can get past the endless use of the f word, it's very funny in parts. And probably fairly accurate from what I've read about Stalin's last days.

I am wanting to see Gosnell (not out yet in my neck of the streaming woods), I tried "The Death of Stalin" but it just wasn't my cup of tea. Kids watched Black Panther, but it didn't hold my interest. The rest seem unworthy of my time to be honest...

Black Panther is more liberal in its messaging than anything else ... Chappaquiddick is conservative because it sticks to the facts, and they are damning.

Gosnell really got a bum rap from the media. Most reporters ignored it. So did most critics ... those that did reviewed the movie they expected to see, not the actual film.
