Obama’s Operation Eagle Claw.

Posted by doriangrey1 on September 26, 2012

On November 4, 1979 a Iranian student (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) who would one day become Iran’s President, and a group of fellow radical Islamic followers of the outlawed Islamic cleric Ayatollah Khomeini violently attacked and seized the American Embassy in Tehran taking 52 Americans hostage and holding them for a mind-numbing 444 days.

On April 24th 1980 a befuddled and confused Jimmy Carter finally ordered commencement of Operation Eagle Claw, A joint US Military operation whose mission was to rescue the 52 hostages being held by the Iranian Islamic radicals. As history has recorded, Operation Eagles Claw ended in disaster in the Iranian desert near Tabas in Yazd Province. 8 American service members were killed and 4 seriously wounded when two of the helicopters involved in the mission collided in a dust-storm created by their own rotor wash.

So how does any of this relate to President Barack Hussein Obama? Like this.

US diplomats, Marine rescue team were also attacked at safe house, Libyans say

    By Alastair MacDonald / Reuters

BENGHAZI, Libya — U.S. troops dispatched by helicopter across the Libyan desert to rescue Ambassador Chris Stevens and other diplomats in Benghazi ran into a fierce overnight ambush that left a further two Americans dead, Libyan officials told Reuters.

Accounts of the mayhem at the U.S. consulate, where the ambassador and another diplomat died after a chaotic protest over a film insulting to Islam, remain patchy. But two Libyan officials, including the commander of a security force that escorted the U.S. rescuers, said a later assault on a supposedly safe refuge for the diplomats appeared professionally executed.

Miscommunication that understated the number of American survivors awaiting rescue — there were 37, nearly four times as many as the Libyan commander expected — also meant survivors and rescuers found themselves short of transport to escape this second battle, delaying an eventual dawn break for the airport.

Why haven’t you heard anything about this in the Fifth Column Treasonous Media? I’ll let “A Few Good Men” Colonel Jessup answer that for you.

Lieutenant Daniel Kaffee:”Did you order the code red?!”

Colonel Jessup: “YOU’RE damn RIGHT I DID!!”

In this particular case, the role of Colonel Jessup is being played by the Fifth Column Treasonous Media. The Fifth Column Treasonous Media remembers how that failed rescue mission obliterated any possible chance of Jimmy Carter winning reelection. The Fifth Column Treasonous Media has called a “Code Red” on that story in an attempt to ensure that it does not have the same fatal impact on Obama that the rescue attempt in April of 1980 had on Carter. It really is that simple.

What is tragic is that so many in the blogsphere either have failed to grasp the significance of the Obama Administrations rescue mission to Libya or are outright unaware of it. The Fifth Column Treasonous Media is doing everything it can to bury the story and the blogsphere is inadvertently helping them. Unfortunately this isn’t the only place where the blogsphere is dramatically failing to address profoundly significant aspects of the 2012 9/11 terrorist attack on the American Embassy in Libya.

There is another nearly equally frighting failure of the Obama Administration attached to this terrorist attack that the blogsphere is failing to report on. Hot Air‘s Ed Morrissey get’s part of it, but still manages to miss the most important and significant aspect of it. To quote Ed’s conclusion:

Libyan president: Of course the violence had nothing to do with a YouTube video

This rebukes Barack Obama for his speech at the UN, which was predicated on the assumption that the attack on Benghazi and demonstrations coinciding with the 9/11 anniversary sprang from the months-old YouTube video.

What this rebuke says, is that the past couple of weeks of violent protest in the middle east, over this movie, are entirely Obama’s fault.

How is it Obama’s fault you ask? Remember, the Egyptian Embassy Twitter that offended so many people did not actually mention the Movie. It was Obama and Hillary who mentioned the Movie in a desperate attempt to divert attention from their culpability in Ambassador Stevens death because they failed to take adequate security precautions on the 11th anniversary of 9/11, even after being warned by the Libyan Government that Al Qaeda was planning an attack.

How Hillary Clinton could have been so foolish, naive and stupid all at the same time is a mind numbing thought. To believe that individuals who consider the suicide bomber a effective and legitimate weapon of war, who are well known to place exceptional value on symbolic actions on symbolic dates would not make every possible attempt to strike with deadly violence an America facility is utterly inconceivable.

Anyone with 2 functional braincells knew that the movie was not responsible for the attacks on the Embassies in Egypt or Benghazi, a mere handful of people on earth had seen the movie at that point in time. By spending two weeks publicly insisting that the movie was responsible Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton both lite and fanned the flames of the fire that has burned throughout the middle east since 9/11/12.

So, not only has President Barack Obama had his very own “Operation Eagle Claw” moment, a moment universally identified with the destruction of any hope for President Jimmy Carter’s reelection, but Obama, perhaps with the help of the incompetent and inept Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has again managed to out do the Carter Administration’s record for incompetency and failure.

Whereas Jimmy Carter merely failed to handle the hostage crises effectively and had the misfortune of a botched and failed rescue attempt, President Obama can add an attempt to avoid culpability for failing to ensure adequate security to American Embassies on the 11th Anniversary of 9/11 which resulted in his administration setting literal fire to the entire Middle East.

Yes, Jimmy Carter can now sit back comfortably and relax knowing that he is no longer regarded by history as America’s most incompetent and worst President, that distinction now firmly belongs to President Barack Hussen Obama.
