Open up a block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and pour that over it like 'hot fudge' sundae.
Eat with your favorite crackers. Yummy!

Adding Cholula or Sriracha to ketchup makes it tastier on burgers. I know, comparatively pedestrian.
