Where's Brian Kilmeade? [FOXNEWS]

Have googled a search but the only thing that comes up is when he walked off the set last year.

He's been gone now for a long time, his seat a revolving door with 'guest co-hosts'.

Yet Doocey still refers it as "sitting in for Brian" or "in Brian's chair".

Does anybody know why he's not on?
