Man, that pic with the blank index card was a god-send!  If this guy represents one of the "brightest" according to the agit-prop mouthpieces at politico and TIME, the rank-n-file must be troglodytes.

I'm just waiting for someone to rejigger the old Dr. Pepper theme song to "Peter Tweeter" - something like:
