I don't the fact that they didn't take long to deliberate is nearly as bad for the defense as the fact that they didn't have any questions. That seems like a bad sign.

A verdict that fast is likely a compromise - all agree to take 2nd degree murder off the shelf and accept third degree or manslaughter. Limited deliberation time indicates none were interested in thoroughly reviewing all the evidence introduced as that would take longer.

According to MN court authorities, if the jury finds Chauvin guilty on any count, he will immediately be handcuffed and taken into custody.

From a psychological perspective, I can understand the position the jurors are in. This case shouldâ€™ve never been charged. Thereâ€™s a lot of criticism to how this cop handled the situation, but nothing amounts to murder or at least that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

If you were a juror on this case, would you trust that someone like Keith Ellison, the media, or Kamala Harris wonâ€™t leak your name out?

1) Should have been postponed after the civil settlement with the city

2) Should have been moved out of Minneapolis

3) Jury should have been sequestered from outset

4) Alternatively, the judge's instruction should have been stronger
