Immigrant Arrested For Hate Crime Against Asian Woman, Released Without Bond
TUSTIN, CA – On Sunday, police arrested Jauhar Tajuddin Shuaib, 42, after a woman was reportedly assaulted in what appears to be a racially motivated attack in a park on Valencia Ave.
The victim is reported to be of Korean descent.

The victim told police that the suspect had made racial comments toward her and punched her in the abdomen. Authorities did not provide additional details about the victim.
She was able to pepper spray the suspect and he fled the scene before officers arrived, according to police.
