Why is the identity of the shooter in Indianapolis being withheld. Does anyone know?

Was listening to the news in the car when this was being discussed.

First impression was that the shooter blew his own head off and they weren't sure who it was.    :laugh:

There is no way to get rid of guns except to get rid of guns.  How does the federal government do that?
1.  Pass a federal law overriding any state law, federal agents in every state pay county Sheriff's deputies to go house to house to get guns.  Some/many deputies will be killed by gun owners.
No. 1 will not work.

2.  Offer money for each gun turned in.  When a person turns in a gun for money, deputies get warrant to search his/her house to look for other guns.  Some/many deputies will be killed by gun owners. No. 2 will not work.

3.  Jesus Christ comes to earth and takes all Christians to Heaven.  Remaining people on earth kill each other with guns; that is the end of the gun problem - no reason to collect guns when there are no people left on earth to shoot guns.

There is no way to collect all guns unless No. 3 happens.
