Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) slammed President Biden’s plans to fully withdraw all troops from Afghanistan, calling the decision “dumber than dirt and devilishy dangerous.”

Graham issued a statement hours after officials confirmed to The Hill and other news outlets that Biden is expected to announce Wednesday that all troops be withdrawn from Afghanistan on the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks that prompted the war.

The new deadline, which pushes back the previous deadline of May 1, was first reported by The Washington Post.

Graham slammed Biden’s move, saying he “cancelled an insurance policy against another 9/11.”

“A full withdrawal from Afghanistan is dumber than dirt and devilishly dangerous. President Biden will have, in essence, cancelled an insurance policy against another 9/11,” Graham said in a statement,” Graham said.

Vacated??? Had we had any military brains, we would have completely avoided that rectum.
After Alexander destroyed the Persian Empire at Gaugamela (Arbela) around 330 B.C. he pursued their fleeing remnants into Bactria (Afghanistan) where he subdued them w/finality.
Over the past 2,300 years these aimless Tribal Nomads only purpose has been to seek a fight.
Unsurprising to hear Graham, another political clown, make a jackass of himself w/his comments.

I agree 100% with what you said there.  I suggested to the DeeCee people in 2001 that if they want to go there, they had better make a declaration of war, no half-assed measures.  They obviously ignored me.

   We had won this $hit in 2 months, we were in Kabul with the Northern Alliance, thanks in great part to a Texas dem, Charlie Wilson keeping the pressure on the Soviets through the CIA during Carter, I believe. As much as a CF as President Polk in Mexico City 175 years ago.
