Joe Biden: We Cannot Afford Not to Spend $2.5 Trillion on My Infrastructure Plan

President Joe Biden urged Americans to rally behind his dramatic $2.5 trillion economic plan on Wednesday.

“Put simply, these are investments we have to make, we can afford to make them,” he said. “Put another way, we can’t afford not to.”

Biden detailed his plan Wednesday afternoon during a speech in Pittsburgh and said the multi-trillion plan was only the first part of his proposed spending initiative to “build back better.”

The president’s plan spends roughly $639 billion on traditional infrastructure but more than a trillion on proposals that have less to do with infrastructure and more to do with climate change and clean energy goals, expanding health care, and affordable housing.

Biden promised to raise taxes to help pay for his proposed plan.

He emphasized the need to raise the corporate tax from 21 percent to 28 percent.

“No one should be able to complain about that,” he said.

He vowed to end various loopholes to keep companies like Amazon and other top 500 corporations from paying zero taxes.

“I don’t want to punish them but that’s just wrong,” he said.

Despite his planned tax increases, Biden appeared hopeful that Republicans would work with him, asserting that every Republican member of congress realized the importance of spending on infrastructure.

“They know China and other countries are eating our lunch,” he said. “There is no reason why it can’t be bipartisan again.”

Biden promised to meet with Republicans at the White House to discuss his plan and said he would be open to suggestions to improve his plan.

“We’ll have a good-faith negotiation with any Republican,” he said.

The secret behind Bidens spending, the ultra rich benefit greatly as does foreigners, especially our sworn and hostile enemies around the globe.  With massive tax increases to aid and abet the jihad war od a thousand cuts upon America and its citizens.  We have no money to alleviate poverty to millions of Americans, but plenty to finance our enemies around the world.  Does elections have consequences mean anything yet?  As least Trump was defeated, eh?
How hateful he was bringing prosperity and jobs  back to America!

Oh but wait. Some of the next 4 trillion will be spent here.

Trump is right of course, and it's a shame that he had this country headed in a better direction only to be destroyed by Dementia  Joe and his puppet masters.

Where do we go from here and how are we ever going to stop the blatant destruction??

Anyone miss the Last President, yet?   According to the whiners, he spent only 20,000 billion in four years, or 417 billion a month.

Now the Whiners have their Senile Idiot...and yes, the Whiners include those NT Morons who we all know about and can't understand...and he's spent 10,000 billion in four months, or 2500 billion per month.

You missed by an order of magnitude: Twenty TRILLION in four years.

Why should I vote to enable big government on the right? Because it is marginally less big government than the crats? Which it ain't so far, btw...

Not gonna happen. ever.

And that specifically includes tax increases...

We went from on the verge of turning things around to on the brink of national extinction. It’s Homeric. People had better begin thinking in terms of taking matters into their own hands or we’re finished.

I have voiced my opinion as to what I think needs to happen, but obviously, no one agrees. I see it as we are already finished and a whole lot of people thinking that the GOP is somehow going to take back the House or maybe gain a seat or two in the Senate.  Not. going. to happen.

I read an article today that Pence is thinking about a run in 2024, Shirley he'll save us all from utter ruin.

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Why do you never tell us who you would support?  Why do you never build a case FOR someone rather than just emptying your bowels all over everything?

Are you paid to do this?

Are you nuts? I was delared hereon for Cruz -  And I might still vote for him yet... Though that is now a  slim chance.  And just the other day I expressed dead on support for Rand Paul... Cotton, and others. Something in that vein, though I would prefer  a governor.  As to whom  in particular, that I can't  say.... I pay it altogether no mind until the season comes around... I need little time in that, as I judge candidates almost solely on their record.

We win by voting the corrupt bastards out, of course.

That was always what we had to do, since before Reagan.

Time we got to work and did the job.

Hmmm, are you sure that shouldn't be Ha'pence? it would make more sense because it would accurately compare them to the British half cent..........still more than they are worth.

Some people need to learn how to do math, and how normal people express numbers to make a bigger impact.

Twenty THOUSAND billion is a much more impressive sound than a mere twenty trillion.

Some people attempt to use words to greatest effect, others still whine about how Trump wasn't Hillary.

But, whatever.   Should I have said the expenditure was 2 x 10^13 dollars, instead?  What if I said it was 2 x 10^15 pennies?   I could have written it as pi^26.8 dollars, ya know.

Tax increases and end to Right-to-Work in the states and anti-white racial quotas (it's a government infrastructure bill and it WILL cover what the contractors are hiring) and pretty much anything you don't like will be in there.

I said it most deliberately.

The first goal of the GOP as a party of Americans is to purge their ranks of traitors, whiners, wusses, purist-defeatists, and the professional back-stabbers who have had their knives honed and near our spines for so long.

If we have not learned that this is necessary, America deserves the long drawn-out death by political Ebola that it is going to be by the socialists.

I hope he runs.

I hope Jeb! runs.

I hope Kay-sick runs.

I hope they all get the runs.

The more that run in the primaries, the more RINO money is wasted and the more the vote is split among them and the easier it is for Trump to secure his third nomination for his third term.

Biden voters are going to be hard to find in the near future, even though every one of the forty million voted twice.
