Last week, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act into law. The bill, comprised of $1.9 trillion in the name of “COVID relief,” received no support from Republicans in the House or Senate, and it’s not hard to see why.

The legislation includes carveouts for dozens of leftist priorities, including a bridge in Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s New York and a tunnel in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Silicon Valley. These items clearly have nothing to do with pandemic relief for the millions of Americans out of work or the businesses shuttered by blue state governors’ harsh public health regulations. To the hardworking Americans everywhere, this bill should reek of the far-left’s desire to shove their ill-conceived policy priorities wherever they can stash them.

What most don’t know about this bill, however, is the small provision known as “Section 1005” that authorizes the secretary of agriculture to make payments of 100 to 120 percent of the “outstanding indebtedness of socially disadvantaged farmers.” Under this provision, those included in the socially disadvantaged category are American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Asians, Blacks, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, and Hispanics.

I think they will have pissed off white people of whatever group their counterparts of color belong to. That's the wrong people to piss off. So far: tradesmen (and women) and professionals in the energy industry )Oil and gas and coal), and folks in infrastructure construction, truckers (especially owner/operators who now have higher overhead for fuel), and farmers. I imagine there are no small number of people in the electrical power industry who aren't exactly happy, either.

Now, where the rubber meets the road, pissing off people who grow food, provide fuel, electricity, and transport most everything just might not be such a good idea. If those folks all got together and decided to go Galt for a while, there would be a whole lot that didn't work or got broke.

Those two construction contracts will clearly provide work and income for local construction workers in those areas.

This is an egregious violation of the Civil Rights Act.

Unfortunately it's a Federal Statute, the same as the Civil Right Act.  There may be a conflict between them, but legislation passed by Congress can't violate legislation passed by Congress.  There may be an issue for the courts to resolve whenever two pieces of Federal legislation conflict, but it's a non-sequitur to say one violates the other.  If the SecAg took it on himself to only give benefits based on race, when Congress did not direct him to do so, that would be a violation of the Civil Rights Act.  What this may well be is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

Anyone who claims they can't see the official bias against White Americans by our own government,is either a liar or blind.

Same goes for our entertainment industry,and even though I KNOW I am going to get flamed for being "anti-semite" it is the Jews who are behind that. They flat control what is seen and heard,and what is promoted as good and bad.

...There were individuals raising warnings about [what we see going on right now] DECADES ago, writing eloquently about it, and being pummeled for their efforts.

It was back around 30 years ago, maybe even a little earlier, that someone on the old AOL "issues" forum tipped me off to an obscure publication founded by Jared Taylor called "American Renaissance". He (and the writers and contributors he assembled) even then predicted accurately and presciently what we are witnessing as "the new normal" today.

I became a subscriber and still have every issue they published until they ceased the print edition a few years' back.

Yet even today, the mention of that publication brings shivers to most whites, who immediately cower away in fear. It's not allowed to post articles from amren (or even live links to same). The fact that an otherwise good piece of writing is published there damns the piece and its author to scorn among the gentle folk. For actually saying and writing what others think in private when no one's looking.

By the way, all those back issues are posted online, for anyone who cares to browse. Still there. Still relevant.
