Alright, so white George Floyd, with all of black Floyd's criminal history, drug habits, and bad heart, and size gets arrested for trying to pass a fake 20 dollar bill. He resists arrest and his placed on the ground with a black officer's knee on his neck.
After 9-10 minutes he succumbs.
Do white people immediately start rioting, burning, and looting demanding justice?
Where were the white mobs rioting, looting,  and destroying after Justine Diamond got killed by the Somali cop  a few years ago? They weren't there.
Floyd was a typical black thug with a violent history. Diamond was a good person who was shot by a black cop because she knocked on his car window.
The world is better off without Floyd and worse off without Diamond.
I'm sorry, I don't know if Chauvin's knee contributed greatly to Floyd's demise, but nobody is going to miss this idiot including his family members who've won the ghetto lottery.
I'm not excusing Chauvin for possibly overreacting in keeping Floyd subdued, but I'm just sick of the hold the deaths of black thugs have on America at the moment.

Witness faults police for not doing chest compressions on Floyd

A paramedic who testified at the trial of Derek Chauvin on Thursday criticized Minneapolis police officers for not doing chest compressions on George Floyd at the scene, saying “any layperson can do chest compressions.”

The criticism came during defense attorney Eric Nelson's cross examination of Derek Smith, the paramedic.

“Any layperson can do chest compressions. There’s no reason Minneapolis couldn’t have started chest compressions,” Smith told Nelson as the defense attorney questioned him over treatment offered to Floyd in the back of an ambulance after paramedics arrived on the scene.

My two cents...

There are YouTube videos out there showing George Floyd being arrested on a couple different occasions.

Each time, the tries to 'hide' the drugs by placing them in his mouth...ingesting them.

Thus...the "foaming" at the mouth.

It's now very clear that the prosecution has decided to go the emotional route.

Minneapolis and the inner cities are going to burn this summer. This time, Biden and the Democrats won't be  able to tie them to DJT

I used to care. I used to really care about the crime and murder in the inner cities.  I no longer do. They keep voting in the same people who are killing the cities so there's nothing I can do about that
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

FROM ANNE COUTURE, below.  Do not believe that crumpet, aka New Al Sharpton. ALL LIARS. ALL OF THEM.
----------------------
“No life-threatening injuries identified —
“A. No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae
“B. No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal structures
“C. No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries

“D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries

“E. Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma”

In short: No bloodshot eyes and no trauma to any part of Floyd’s neck.

And yet, day after day, prosecutors, witnesses and the media tell us that Chauvin “squeezed the life out of” Floyd. The medical evidence establishes that whatever else caused his death, it was NOT asphyxiation.

That’s the entire case against Officer Chauvin! But the howling mob isn’t giving up its holy religious observance because of one dork in a lab coat. The sun might not rise! The city of Minneapolis could be wiped out! Wait — that might actually happen.

The medical examiner also found that Floyd had enough fentanyl in his system — I don’t want to say “to kill a horse,” because that would be a cliche. But it would be enough to bump off an entire team of Budweiser Clydesdales. In technical medical jargon:
“A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens:
“1. Fentanyl 11 ng/mL”
That’s just the first few words of the “Toxicology” section. Also listed are norfentanyl, 4-ANPP, methamphetamine, cannabinoids, amphetamines, morphine and so on.
But the 11 nanograms per milliliter of fentanyl is rather important, inasmuch as the chief medical examiner called this “a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances,” saying, “deaths have been certified with levels of 3.”
Three. But George Floyd went up to 11.

Chauvin Trial: Meet the Jurors

Chosen jurors are broadly diverse in terms of gender, race, and age
Posted by Andrew Branca Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 09:41am

Welcome to our ongoing coverage of the Minnesota murder trial of Derek Chauvin, over the in-custody death of George Floyd.  I am Attorney Andrew Branca for Law of Self Defense, providing guest commentary and analysis of this trial for Legal Insurrection.

With the trial set to begin with opening arguments on Monday, March 29 at 9:00am CT, the court finally managed to select 15 jurors effective yesterday.  Only 14 of these will actually be sworn in and seated on Monday morning—if all 15 chosen show up, one of them will be sent home.  The court’s given no indication on the process to be used to choose the 15th unnecessary juror—it may simply be whoever shows up last on Monday.

In any case, I thought I’d take the opportunity to collect what we know of the jurors, both in aggregate and individually, here in a single blog post, along with brief descriptions of the jurors as shared by the court and media, including their gender and race.  The descriptions of the jurors are sourced from USA Today, as well as from my own notes taken during voir dire.)

I’ve also included the video of the voir dire of each of the selected jurors.

Yet no amount of chest compressions would have saved him from his Fentanyl overdose. He killed himself.

Right. Just as effective as administering CPR to someone who has already bled out. (just getting those last few ccs out of there)

Minneapolis police chief says Chauvin should 'NO WAY' have kept motionless George Floyd pinned down by neck, and used 'unreasonable' force against him, in damning testimony

Police Chief Medaria Arradondo testified Monday, at the start of the trial's second week
Arradondo said Chauvin's use of force 'absolutely' violated policy and belief in 'the sanctity of life'
He said that the pressure that he used was contrary to all departmental teachings, adding: 'Once Mr Floyd had stopped resisting and certainly once he was in distress and trying to verbalize that, that should have stopped'
Mr Arradondo fired Chauvin and three other officers the day after Mr Floyd's death on May 25 last year
Experts had already said it is unprecedented to see a police chief testify against one of their officers
Dr. Bradford Langenfeld, the medic who pronounced Floyd dead, also gave evidence Monday
The chair set aside for a member of Chauvin's family has been removed from Hennepin County District Courthouse; there has been nobody to support Chauvin as he sits by his attorney's side

I'm waiting for the daily wrap-up on Legal Insurrection.  The blogger doing that is very good.

So, is the Persecution wrapping up?  Other than the Chief turning on the Officers, all the previous witnesses did more for the defense than they did for the Persecution....

Defense counsel Eric Nelson discusses the concept of "camera perspective bias." Arradondo agrees that Chauvin's knee appears to be on Floyd's neck in the bystander video, but appears to be on his "shoulder blade" in the body-cam video. (Content may be disturbing to some viewers)
