Does the testimony of this medical expert refute the testimony of the official medical examiner who said Chauvin's knee was mainly responsible for stopping oxygen to Floyd and asphyxiating him?

Dr. Fowler ended his testimony, telling jury he believes a more appropriate finding for #GeorgeFloyd manner of death is UNDETERMINED rather than HOMICIDE. He cited conflicting findings- underlying health factors, drugs, carbon monoxide for cause of death. Cross exam after lunch.

What's going on?

Again, it goes back to the state of his breathing shortly before he died.  Were his breaths short and rapid?  Or were they slow and weak?  That is the question that has not yet been addressed.  The prosecution experts speculate the former, but there has been no actual evidence presented to affirm that.
