How about where we go from here while recognizing the FACT that the USA is just another banana republic on the face of the earth?

Well, that's something that I've been saying and suggesting for quite awhile; even before the GA elections.

Where do we go from here?  The ballot box is a joke and SCOTUS is a joke.

Even IF a new party is formed; IMHO it will never win.  New government perhaps??  Conservatives purposefully filling liberals seats?  Perhaps but that will take many election cycles and the ballot box is still obsolete.

How do we get ahead?  Is it even possible?  Who will lead that endeavor? The 75+ million voters that voted against Biden may seem like alot, but as I've mentioned a couple of times by the time you figure in all the DEM voters, + illegals + refugees granted asylum, there may not be a hopeful rainbow.

I think it is beyond time to put our collective thoughts together and start tossing around some workable ideas.  I'm not interested in yammering back and forth about Biden.   Sure we all need to vent; but venting isn't going to get us anywhere.

I had made a suggestion to designate a new category as such - certainly under Members only-- but even that possesses a risk. I think this is a great forum and don't want to see it shut down.

The only proper response by the Senate Republicans to this kangaroo court would be to walk out of the chamber and refuse to participate in the impeachment trial of a private citizen.

Of course, they won't do this. The Republicans in the Senate not only will do the wrong thing, they will do the egregiously wrong thing.

But we all know that.
So... let me ask you a question, just hypothetical, of course:
If the Republicans in the Senate do indeed vote with the communists and "convict" Mr. Trump, would you consider changing your registration from "Republican" to... something else...?

I'm not asking you to name another party.
But... how else can a message be sent to the Republican party, that they might actually understand...?

@Fishrrman I currently have no party affiliation.  After more than 40 years in the trenches with the Republican party, I left mid convention 2016 when the rules were changed to disenfranchise participants at the convention who did not share the views of the leadership.

Now remember, after two false impeachments and maybe a third false impeachment/lynching coming.  Let us not forget four years as false testimony to destroy Trumps legitimate term in office.  Biden engineered a phony election, and hid in a bunker until he won by hook and by crook, to now democrats want to preach at us about 'fair.'  Best i can tell they are fishing for fools.

No worries ... they will have to assign several committees to do that and then several subcommittees. These things all take time you know.
