Joe Biden Restarts Immigration to U.S. from Countries Exporting Terrorism

In the first few hours of taking office, President Joe Biden restarted immigration to the United States from countries that are known by the State Department to harbor and export terrorism.

After being sworn in, Biden signed an executive order Wednesday that revokes President Trump’s constitutional travel ban from 2017 that barred nearly all immigration from Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Venezuela, North Korea, Nigeria, Myanmar, Eritrea, Sudan, Tanzania, and Kyrgyzstan.

Trump’s order, ruled constitutional in a 5-4 U.S. Supreme Court decision, included countries that either do not share critical national security data or have been found to harbor and sponsor terrorists. The State Department, for example, designates North Korea, Iran, Sudan, and Syria as “state sponsors of terrorism.”

Biden’s order ends the travel ban, allowing foreign nationals from the 13 countries to again begin immigrating to the U.S. The order also instructs the State Department to start issuing visas to nationals from those countries.

The business lobby as well as the Islamic lobby praised Biden’s ending of the travel ban.

“Ending this arbitrary policy affirms our nation’s values and our commitment to due process in U.S. immigration policy welcoming all peoples to America,” U.S. Chamber of Commerce officials said in a statement.

“We commend President Biden for immediately moving to repeal the Muslim and African Bans, which is an important first step toward undoing the anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant policies of the previous administration,” officials with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) wrote in a statement.

In addition, Biden signed an order to return to lax Obama era interior immigration enforcement, a practice that was ended for four years under Trump. The result will be that millions of illegal aliens who are not considered a priority for deportation will be increasingly likely not to be deported by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

1. In 2011, Muammar Gaddafi, the deposed leader of Libya, fled Tripoli after the capital fell to rebel NTC forces. He was soon located by the rebels with NATO’s assistance, and pursued until he was captured. He was then beaten, sodomized with a bayonet, and shot several times...

2. Gaddafi’s death wasn’t immediate, and a video later showed the man with a gunshot wound to his head, slowly dying in a pool of his own blood. The nature of Gaddafi’s death was concealed from the American public and NATO’s involvement was repeatedly denied until videos surfaced.

3. The Obama Administration justified US involvement in toppling the Gaddafi regime as an effort to “protect Libyan civilians.”
“We had a unique ability to stop the violence.” Obama would say.

4. “We knew that if we waited one more day, Benghazi…could suffer a massacre that would have reverberated across the region and stained the conscience of the world.”

Later, Hillary Clinton would coldly remember Gaddafi’s killing, “We came, we saw, he died.”

5. After Gaddafi’s removal, Libya quickly descended into anarchy, and the Administration’s dreams of a liberal democratic Libya would collapse in widespread violence and corruption. A year later, rebels belonging to Ansar al-Sharia attacked the US Embassy in Benghazi...

6. Killing the US Ambassador there along with three other Americans- an event riddled with lies and obfuscations typical of the Obama Administration. The scapegoat for the attack- an obscure filmmaker- is currently in prison on “unrelated” charges.

7. Libya today is best described as a ‘fake country’ where disparate criminal and insurgent organizations operate with impunity. Drugs, weapons, and human chattel, including child sex slaves, are bought and sold in city markets all over the country.

8. Most Americans have probably forgotten their nation’s role in this humanitarian disaster, and the brutal killing of the Libyan dictator.
But the bromides, euphemisms, lies, and Messianic Boomerisms from those days should be all too familiar.

9. American foreign policy is forever shrouded by a thick cloud of idealistic, feel-good gobbledygook that could very well serve as the lyrics to a John Lennon song.  And yet blood still flows nonetheless, and every now and then someone gets sodomized by a bayonet.

10. Today the Biden Administration has declared a new terrorist threat: white-supremacy and homegrown violence. The enemy is dangerous and hiding in plain sight. They are your friends and neighbors. The entire country is reeling under its yoke. It must be dismantled and destroyed.

11. “We won't ignore what our intelligence agencies have determined to be the most lethal terrorist threat to our homeland today: White supremacy is terrorism,” Joe Biden says, echoing Barack Obama’s Libya appeal: “We [have] a unique ability to stop the violence.”

12. The American people are accustomed to their nation being at war abroad, but not at home, and not against their friends and neighbors. Despite the bromides and euphemisms, this new war will exact a heavy toll on the American people and will resonate for generations.

13. Libya was the crowning achievement of an Administration committed to “justice,” “transparency,” and “human rights,” all of which was made a farce by the killing of Gaddafi and the destruction of his country.

What are the chances actual victims of Libyan violence will be the ones trying to come to America - as opposed to the perpetrators of human and drug trafficking?
