BREAKING: D.C. Hotel BANS Trump Supporters Right Before Massive Rally

(Big League Politics) – The Hotel Harrington, a popular Washington D.C. hotel that conservatives are known to frequent during Trump rallies, will be shutting its doors during the large Jan. 6 Trump rally scheduled to take place next week.

“Washington D.C. has been our home for 106 years and we join with all our guests, visitors, staff and neighbors in our concern and desire for everyone’s health and safety,” a press release issued by the hotel stated.

“We greatly appreciate the trust our guests have placed in Hotel Harrington over the years and we wish to continue to earn that trust. While we cannot control what happens outside of the hotel, we are taking additional steps to protect the safety of our visitors, guests and employees,” the hotel continued.

It's closed entirely from January 4th-6th, https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/hotel-harrington-to-close-ahead-of-planned-maga-rally/ar-BB1cjB3F . So the hotel is not banning or discriminating against any particular group.

My cousin and husband plan to attend the rally in D.C. Trump International raised room rates for Jan. 5/6 by tenfold, reportedly. They found a place downtown, though.

If others are looking for a hotel and having a difficult time finding one in DC,  try in Arlington, VA  .... it's a really short Metro ride to the rally site in DC.

The hotel is not discriminating. They are closing entirely January 4-6. Being close to where demonstrations might be located, they probably are doing it to avoid the potential of violence spilling from the streets into their premises and also avoiding the potential for conflict from having both demonstrators and counter-demonstrators among their guests.
