What I have been asking for are small charges with a high human body count and minimal damage to the infrastructure.

HIGH BODY COUNT.

Quit screwing around with talk of civil war. Just a few well placed bombs.

Use these on the southern border as a weapon of denial. A radiation wall.

They were retired in the early '90's...last one dismantled in 2011.
