Reinstated coronavirus restrictions by state: What you need to know
Public officials fear large gatherings may exacerbate the pandemic

By Daniella Genovese | Fox News

Numerous governors throughout the country have reinstated safety precautions in recent weeks to try to combat the rapid spike in coronavirus cases weeks before large family gatherings and holiday getaway trips are slated to take place.

More than 11 million cases have been reported in the United States since the COVID-19 pandemic started, as Americans prepare to observe upcoming holidays. The holidays themselves draw even more concern among public officials who fear large gatherings may exacerbate the current health situation in the country.

Various governors have enacted extensive measures from halting in-person classes to limiting indoor and outdoor dining operations.

Here are the rules by state:

Just say NO!
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

Ahem.... this was published back in September.   And....there's that word again....("experts").

The COVID-19 PCR Test Is Key To The Pandemic Fraud

Snip:

Mullis and others correctly called out the idiocy of groupthink – the reliance on ill-informed and misguided ‘experts’ who direct government health policy. A key culprit among prominent world bodies is the World Health Organization (WHO) loudly telling is to “test, test, test!”

Effectiveness of Adding a Mask Recommendation to Other Public Health Measures to Prevent SARS-CoV-2 Infection in Danish Mask Wearers

A Randomized Controlled Trial

Conclusion:

The recommendation to wear surgical masks to supplement other public health measures did not reduce the SARS-CoV-2 infection rate among wearers by more than 50% in a community with modest infection rates, some degree of social distancing, and uncommon general mask use. The data were compatible with lesser degrees of self-protection.

Yesterday, Pennsylvania's tranny health director announced new restrictions. As we live 1/4 mile from the Pa. border, attend church there, have family living there, and conduct business there, we now have to worry about getting arrested whenever we worship, get a haircut, or visit my sister for Thanksgiving. The directive includes this little gem:
Quote
Anyone who is not a regular business commuter who is planning on coming into Pennsylvania must have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours before entering the state, or the person must quarantine for 14 days before coming in. Anyone from Pennsylvania who leaves the state and plans to return must also get a negative COVID-19 test before returning, or quarantine for 14 days upon their return.

Illinois Governor Dodges Question On Thanksgiving Plans To Flee To Florida To Escape Restrictions
November 17, 2020 By Tristan Justice

Illinois Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker dodged questions Monday about his family plans for the upcoming holiday, claiming he was unaware of Chicago’s latest stay-home orders.

When asked during a press conference whether he’d be in Illinois on Thanksgiving next week, Pritzker left it an open question.

Well, see.... there's your problem right there.   As an upstanding PA citizen, you shouldn't be attending church, conducting business or having a family.   You should emulate those nice Anti-fascist folks and go riot, loot, burn and destroy.   What's wrong with you???

Help us sue the WV Governor over his new Covid-Tyranny
Posted on November 13, 2020

Today the West Virginia Governor issued yet another Executive Order – E.O. 77-20, which has “amended” the existing “mask mandate” issued by him in July. He’s now issued hundreds of pages of executive orders since first declaring a state of emergency back in March. He now mandates that everyone wear a mask in “all public indoor places,” presumably referring to any structure inhabited by “the public,” as it now seeks to force property owners and small businesses to enforce his unconstitutional edicts, and will punish them for not doing-so.   ...

Meanwhile, the Governor has chosen not to call a special session of the legislature, and instead, has continued to rule by executive fiat, which is unconstitutional under the West Virginia Constitution. This cannot be allowed to continue. Numerous friends and clients of mine have resolved to file suit as soon as possible. We will file a challenge in West Virginia State Courts, as well as possibly federal court. We previously filed a challenge before the State Supreme Court, but were denied the relief we requested – probably on procedural grounds. We will begin the suit in the lower Circuit Court so as to avoid any technical procedural defenses. There must be a ruling on this constitutional crisis, in both the state and federal courts.

Here’s the original lawsuit we filed, if you want to read in detail my explanation on why these executive orders are in blatant violation of our West Virginia Constitution. We do already have one federal challenge pending on behalf of the Bridge Cafe & Bistro Restaurant in Putnam County, West Virginia. That case is still pending, and you can read the federal lawsuit in full at the link, as well as the explanation of why the E.O.’s are unconstitutional on federal grounds. ...

These N95 surgical masks are certified for sterile environments only!

Places such as hospital operating rooms!

It is unfortunate that the riots, looting, burning and destroying of property wasn't stopped in the very beginning.  Quite possibly we'd be looking at a whole other ballgame right now .... "they" were allowed to get away with it and the Insurrection Act wasn't used for fear of losing the election .... obviously wrong choice and very poor timing!
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

I disagree.   After four years of "investigations, hoaxes, sham impeachment BS and ongoing harassment".... they figured Trump would leap at the chance to throw some power their way.   They figured wrong.   Obviously, the RL was baiting Trump to invoke the IA.  He didn't fall for it.

Too bad some folks can't see the long-game plays and reality there and give him credit for having enough snap to not fall for every trap they set.

Update on lawsuit filed by restaurant owners against W.Va. governor re Covid restrictions:

Governor’s Response to our Federal Mask Mandate Challenge
Posted on November 20, 2020

Here is the Governor’s response to our Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, which is set for hearing in federal court on Monday morning. It was just filed last night, and I’m working on filing a reply, which is due by this afternoon.

You’ll notice that they argue that the Governor’s words are meaningless – that only his actual written executive orders should be reviewed, according to his lawyers. Throughout the response they mention that the Governor is utilizing some vague concept of executive emergency power. However, there is no such thing. They essentially argue that there is nothing the federal judiciary can do to stop him. We’ll see……

COVID In Minnesota: Gov. Walz Unveils Restrictions On Social Gatherings, Restaurants, Gyms, Youth Sports
By WCCO-TV
November 19, 2020 at 8:00 am

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO/AP) — Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has announced new COVID-19 restrictions that will impact social gatherings, restaurants, gyms and sports for four weeks.

The restrictions are in effect between Friday at 11:59 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 18. In-person social gatherings with people outside of your household are prohibited. Bars and restaurants will have to go take-out only. Gyms and entertainment spaces will need to close, and wedding receptions, private parties and celebrations will also be restricted. Adult and youth sports will be put on pause, but college and pro sports are exempt.

Schools will continue to operate under Walz’s Safe Learning Plan, which shifts students between in-person, distance and hybrid learning depending on the local spread of the virus.

Retail businesses and grocery stores will remain open at full capacity, while salons, barbershops and places of worship will stay open at half capacity. ...
Rest of story

Whether inside your home or anywhere else, including outdoors.
If you "threaten to do so anyway", you face a $25,000 fine.

What you REALLY need to know is that this COVID construct is just another facet of a grand conspiracy to steal a Presidential election in the United States of America!
