From what i'm seeing, Sidney Powell will investigate election crimes, and the Trump team will push for Constitutional applications of the law towards the election debacle. That seems to me that as Sidney has no ability to hold criminal activities to the standard of law, the democrats have the relief of not being held accountable to lawless abuse of the election system. This is getting stinkier and stinkier. Are we witness to the corrupt death throes of the nation ? Are top Republicans becoming Romney's ? 
From what I see, Powell's angle is that she represents the voters. If every person has one vote, fraudulent tabulation of votes diminishes that fundamental civil Right. Whether those votes are diminished by not being counted (ignored, culled out, discarded through tabulation or ballot tampering), by other votes counted twice (or more), by being weighted (where some votes count fractionally less than a vote and others fractionally more), by being flipped, by being diluted with any of a number of ballot stuffing techniques, the result is the same. One person's one vote is not equal to other votes, or is worth less than a vote because of additional fraudulent votes introduced into the system.
It is my belief that all of those techniques were in use.
Keep in mind that these are civil suits, and none are criminal prosecutions. That might (and should) come as a result of disclosure of the evidence, but I'd bet that physical evidence is being destroyed where and when it can be even as I type this. Keeping the witnesses and the evidence covered for now is the best route, because fewer people will suddenly die of COVID-19 or suicides or be hounded into silence.
