Biden’s Vote Tallies apparently Violate Benford’s Law, everyone else follow across the country, except for Biden in key races. This is a test for catching election fraud, used by the State Department and forensic accountants.

I read it, but I'm not grasping the concept of "First Digit."  I can see the graph of Biteme/HeelsUp is anomalous, but I don't know exactly what it means because of my lack of understanding.   

And I studied Statistics for many years while in R&D.

Am I a Marxist moron?

That video is VERY helpful.  The plots are a lot like what you get when you add the magnitudes of Sine Waves that are harmonious.  When you add up the plots from a whole lot of Harmonious Waves, you end up with a saw-tooth wave that looks nothing like the Sine Waves that were added together.

Bottom line, the Biteme votes look anomalous while the rest of the plots in the OP look "normal."

I believe the idea is the area of ratios starting with the first digit. If you increment a number starting at 1 in 1% steps going to just under 10 the number of occurrences declines for each integer increment. The numbers starting with 1 are about a 3rd of all the numbers between 1 and 10 (in 1.01 steps). So numbers that are based on actual data should start with 1 much more often than a 1 out of 9 chance of a purely random occurrence. Each incrementing integer bin of numbers should decline in occurrence because the bin gets narrower on each step up (ratio of 1 to 2 at the lower end is a wide range verses a ratio of 8 to 9 at the upper end which is a narrow range).
