As every scholar of American history knows, according to the U.S. Constitution, when the media declares a winner in a presidential election contest, then its final. Except even though the media fell all over themselves today to declare Joe Biden the winner, to take attention away from Rudy Giuliani's Philadelphia press conference on vote fraud in Pennsylvania, the contest is far, far from over.
