Pro-Trump demonstrators have gathered outside the home of Attorney General Bill Barr, apparently to demand that he take action against the president's Democrat rivals.

The group was spotted in McLean, Virginia on Saturday afternoon by a neighbor, who claimed they were there to express frustration that Barr is 'not doing enough to lock up Joe Biden,' according to Washington Post journalist Glen Kessler.

The Justice Department said that Barr went outside to greet the crowd and chatted with them amiably, according to AP reporter Mike Balsamo.

The FBI has had the laptop long enough to make an assessment and verify it's authenticity. It is past time to start slipping the shiney bracelets on people's hands. Trump screwed up when he said Shrillary suffered enough. All these upper echelon Dems need to fitted for orange overalls.

Harassing Barr at his home isn't constructive.

Too late really for Barr to do anything right now.  He should have been fired and replaced a long time ago and for that I find fault and take issue with Trump as to why in the heck he didn't do so.  One promise he definitely has not kept is draining the swamp. Why?  Why did he keep appointing incompetent AG's?  I find it troubling.

Trump came is as a true political outsider. He knew none of the real "players",and didn't even really understand the personalities,or how the "game" was played. Because of this he couldn't just come in like a bull in a China shop and start tearing things apart,so he left almost all the career people in place to run the system while he learned the system.

Plus, the LAST thing he needed or wanted was to have the career bureaucrats to get the idea he was going to dump them.and then start stabbing him in the back. You can NOT start out on a new job by antagonizing everyone there and then expecting them to do their best work for you.

You can't possibly be serious.

BTW,I fully expect major changes to happen in the upper-level bureaucracies during his next term.

Why would you expect major changes to happen in his next term if those changes were not made in his first term?  Why have all of his AG's that he has appointed been ineffective, incompetent and basically worthless? Just curious as to your opinion.

Duhhhhhh!

Not facing re-election again, knows the players and how the game works now.

You are obviously one of those fools who expected Trump to just jump right in with both feet, firing people willy-nilly before he even knew what was going on or who was behind it,and wildly issuing orders.

No actual plan, just shouted orders saying something like "Deys a new sheriff in town, boys!"

That's tv series/movie of the week crap. Real life doesn't work that way.

Just because Trump plays a buffoon on tv doesn't mean he IS one. He uses it as a tool to throw his opponents off balance to get them mad and lose focus.

In reality,he is a VERY smart man,and he has been playing it VERY smart while learning and not moving too fast in his first term. By doing this he got a LOT of stuff accomplished quietly, and gained a lot of new supporters.

  • Dems-greatest existential threat to USA republic!
Draining the swamp was political rhetoric, just like having Mexico pay for the wall.  Empty political rhetoric.  It all served its purpose, to get elected.

If he ever had the intention to drain the swamp, I am 100% certain he was approached by one representing the power folks of the swamp, where Trump was told unless he wanted to be JFK'd, he and or members of his family would begin to have accidents.  These people have been in power for nearly half a century, and they are not about to relinquish that power because of one man's rhetoric, even if he is POTUS.

And depending on what power group we are talking about, some have been around for centuries.  The folks that control the federal reserve, and the equivalent in every western nation have been pulling the strings for hundreds of years.

The one thing all five presidents in the USA have in common besides the obvious of being white men, is that they all wanted to end what we know as the federal reserve or its equivalent.  All ended up dead, and it is not a mystery.

The swamp will not be drained.  That is right up there with unicorns.  Com'on man!

But the corruption of men like Biden, the blatant in your face criminal corruption of the Biden Crime Family, that has to be put down, and if Trump becomes POTUS for a 2nd term, he goes after Biden and his family.

But even if the Republicans sweep everything two days from now, the Republicans will undermine Trump every other steps of the way, only allowing him small victories.  Anything he wants to do that requires Congress that is consequential, don't hold your breath!.  And if he goes after healthcare in the first two years, he spins his wheels again like his first year in office.

Incidental to the question. A single person CANNOT drain the swamp, which is why this whole exercise is such a waste of time.

What WILL drain the swamp is a full pool of CONSERVATIVES in congress and in the senate with CONSERVATIVES at the levers of power. Nothing else. Nothing.

First line is totally wrong.  I did not read the rest.  The swamp is being drained. You all just want BIG NAMES.  Check out KIP SIMPSON.  GOOGLE. Mexico is paying for the wall with tariffs & THEIR SOLDIERS  guarding the border, since OURS..CAN'T.  27,000 Mexican soldiers. You weren't expecting a physical check...were you?  It would bounce!  Each year, from immigration site,  they said it cost USA ,  $746.3 BILLION dollars, dealing with ILLEGALS.  Each year.  The wall pays for itself, many times over.  Talk about a Debbie Downer.

My guess and hope is that December will be a real drain the swamp by Trump.  DOJ and Intel need cleaned out first.  If we get the house and senate hopefully there will be a lot of changes in the DC mess.

Mexicans don't pay the tariffs. Americans who buy Mexican goods with tariffs pay for them.

Perspective, The democrat stooge FBI can't do their job for a year having a laptop with huge amounts of felony criminal evidence, but a democrat entourage gets upset over Trump supporters driving near their bus and the STOOGE FBI springs into action nearly instantly.  Did i say STOOGE, excuse me, after taking part in a 4 years highly illegal Coup against a sitting President, I MEANT STOOGE FBI !   :patriot: :patriot: :patriot:

No, it's a fairly direct way of saying 'hidden tax for Americans to pay'

The salient point being that Mexico is paying for the wall through tariffs. That is clearly false. The cost of tariffs is paid by the citizens of the country imposing the tariff. IOW, Americans are paying the bill, not Mexico.

You are just going to pick, pick, pick at that nit until there is nothing left of it because you just can't bear the thought of admitting you are wrong.

Yes,MEXICO IS PAYING FOR THE WALL.

So is America.

In case you haven't noticed, walls have two sides.

I see no evidence that Mexico is paying for anything.
