“Why haven’t you seen any stories from NPR about the NY Post’s Hunter Biden story,” the tweet said. “We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don’t want to waste listeners’ and readers’ time on that stories that are just pure distractions.”

The tweet included the link to a newsletter written by Kelly McBride, who is with the Poynter Institute, the so-called gatekeeper for good journalism.

Cyber, you know these are only words being said, no charges, no arrests, no trials.
We have a computer and know not what is actually on it.  We have Bannon and Giuliani reading emails and do not know if they are true.  It is a scandal - that is all it is.  After the election, if Trumper wins, B&G will likely fade from view - they did their job making Biden appear to be the head of a crime family.

If Trumper loses, he will demand Biden's head on a stake.  He has already told his Attorney General Barr, to arrest them all.

The story is a "surprise" because the FBI slow-walked (nay!  Halted) investigating the laptop, and there was plenty of reason to go after the data in it right away, because it certifiably came from Hunter Biden.  This is especially appalling because this evidence would have stopped the Shampeachment in its tracks, because it would have proved Trump was correct to ask Ukraine to look into this very matter.

Is it "political" because it came out 2-3 weeks before the election?  I have no doubt that it is, it's a scheme worthy of Democrats.  The Ukraine frame-up for example.

Just because no resources are invested in finding a crime does not mean it doesn't exist.

Well, they may get all federal funds removed, doing that.   Same with PBS.  That is a LEFTIST site as well, and their documentaries are NOT ALL TRUTHFUL EITHER!   BIASED.
