Questions: What would happen, if...
« on: October 18, 2020, 02:39:38 pm »

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

What would happen to the Election if Joe Biden was suddenly indicted and taken into custody?

Would the Election be delayed until they came up with a replacement?

Would the Democrats immediately hold a caucus and choose another ticket?

Would it be a 'simple' matter like when they replaced Spiro Agnew with Gerald Ford?

Would all the Biden ballots be discarded, or would they apply to the "new and improved" ticket?

...so many questions and so little time.  happy77

Have to be a citizens arrest because it sure won't be the FBI or DOJ.

Doesn't POTUS have the power to 'DIRECT' them to arrest Joe and Hunter Biden under it being a "Direct threat to National Security"?

I was a business major...so it's a serious question, @rustynail   Help me out here.    happy77

@roamer_1

Of course.  But that's not the point here.

It's a honest question of how it would/should happen, when it's blatantly obvious to anyone (other than you) two weeks before a Presidential Election.

You shouldn't have a person publicly proven to be so obviously corrupt able to be a candidate for the Presidency.

So, again the question... what can be done here?

Why would you think it not obvious to me, @DCPatriot ?
I can certainly see how it looks.

But even if charges were to be brought, the investigation is yards away from that 1st down. And there ain't enough time left on the clock for that play.

Not that Tumpy would be so ignorant as to press the matter... and make Biteme an instant martyr on the eve of the election.

Nope. This is gonna all be about trial by public.
And otherwise, you're dreamin'

Joe needs to think about his son. Most of his family is already dead. His son may be close to it too due to all that's going on and being the loose end.

So what comes first for Joe, his ambition or his only remaining son? A son that he used to enrich himself though criminal behavior. He should feel some major responsibility for that.

My remark to you was as flippant as your saying that I was dreaming.

I seriously want to know if there is anything in the law available to the CIC that stops a blatant, corrupt and felonious person to be a viable candidate for the presidency...DESPITE the fact that the Election is only 2 weeks out.

I understand that it's not in Pres. Trump's best political interest to ask to delay the Election so that the DEMS can clean up their act.

But then...Pres. Trump is a Patriot and not a politician.

Agreed, @DB

But his only real chance is winning the Oval Office and putting all this to bed and putting friendlies in the Justice Department.

Should Pres. Trump simply contain his remarks to the campaign trail/rallies?

Or, should he tell Nancy and Chuck to get their sh*t together and get rid of him now?

In a pre-woke America a candidate in Joe Biden’s position would have had the decency and sense to resign before this point, knowing that a presidential candidate gets far more national scrutiny than what he was used to as a senatorial candidate, sparing the country this international embarrassment.

The swamp is already spinning this story as fake news, instigated by (gasp)... Russia, for the purpose of effecting the election (again).   They'll point to the fact that the FBI had this same laptop and this same info for almost a year and did nothing 'because' it was foreign interference or some such BS.

Will there be some leftist voters that change their mind and don't vote for Biden because of it?   Sure.   But most of them would vote for Biden even if they witnessed him molest a 9-yr old on national tv with their own eyes.   After all, it was good enough for Muhammad and they are nothing if not radical leftists who care only for pushing that leftist agenda.

Do you REALLY think the timing of this exposure is by coincidence @DCPatriot ?

Typical October Surprise designed for public consumption... To advantage one politician by exposing the other. Thinking this is going to result in a perp-walk is hilarious.

What Joe does about or for his son is his business -- and I'm not going to waste time debating what he should or should not do.

My business is making sure Joe doesn't have the chance to climb back into bed with the communist Chinese and put another stake in the heart of the American worker and our national security.

Joe Biden is the quintessential security risk.  If we spare him prison, fine.  But we must spare ourselves another stint with this corrupt, hateful man so inappropriately called "lunch bucket Joe".

Send Joe back to the basement for good.

It's not fine with me.   It's further proof of that two-tier justice system we now have in this country.   Allowing it to continue is a death sentence to America as founded.   You either have a 'rule of law'...which means the same law for EVERYONE.... or you do not.

It's always bothered me that Obama told Biden "you don't have to do this" (run for President).  It just didn't make sense to me.

Now it does.

We don't have a two tier system of justice, we have a one tier -- and we're not part of it.

I hold no illusion that Joe Biden will ever be prosecuted.

Hunter's a different story.

Trump will do nothing before the election.  Biden will continue to deny the story, claiming it is nonsense or Russia election manipulation.

Biden gets elected, the whole thing is buried, and anyone pushing it ends up in an auto accident, or accidentally falling eight stories from a building, etc

Trump gets elected, don't hold your breath for him to order DOJ to start a thorough investigation.  Just will not happen.

But the UGLY TRUTH is the entire Biden family should face charges of treason, and face the worst punishment, which would include Joe Clueless, his bag man son Hunter, Joe's two brothers, and perhaps his daughter and son in law.  The entire family is dirty rotten treasonous b*st*rds.

But we have gone down this road before with Hillary and Bill.  Both of them should have received the Rosenberg treatment for treason and other charges years ago.  Trump said Hillary suffered enough.  Suffered my *ss!  Trump betrayed the American people when he took that position.  Then he betrayed the American people again when he flip flopped on his only Day One promise I am aware of, to eliminate the H1-b Visa Program.  He met with the tech billionaire oligarchs, and he increased the H1-b Visas.  I know hundred unemployed because of this program, almost all of their positions occupied by folks from India.  What he did in my humble opinion was one big aw-sh*t!  Unforgiveable.

But voting for a communist for POTUS is yet a far worse event.  Sad really America is left with the rotten choices we have.

So it just does not matter who is elected in November.  Nothing happens to Biden or his son.  For anyone here to expect indictments for anyone of consequence is naive, even laughable.

The list of traitors that merit the Rosenberg treatment continues to grow, probably upwards of 30 or so.  But again, do not hold your breath.  Four more years of Trump, and then what?  Pence runs, but does he win the nomination?  Maybe.

Not correct.  POTUS wants all these people arrested.  He is not DOJ .  3  EQUAL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT.  JUDICIAL DEPT.  NEEDS TO DO THIS.  MEN ALWAYS WANT HIM TO ACT LIKE A DICTATOR.   I would not mind that, but we have rules & laws. POTUS already has asked,  why justice department is not doing anything?  POTUS is not an attorney.
