Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s performance during an interview late Thursday on CNN captured plenty of attention, but for all the wrong reasons.

Speaking with CNN host Anderson Cooper, the Democrat nominee continuously stared off-screen, almost as if he was reading talking points from a script.

Biden’s problems are only beginning. How do you not only not get a bounce from your convention, instead your opponent gets a bounce from your convention?

With this lawlessness taken place in democrat run cities, and the party base making it clear they want southern European or Central and South American style socialism,  there’s no way Biden can appeal to the middle

He wasn't reading from a script like on a TelePrompTer.  The moving eyes is a body language "tell" of somebody giving an answer that was pre-written in his mind, or just out and out lying.  Doesn't matter, because it's probably a pre-written lie.
