I think everybody's over all that now.  Most recognize it's a distraction by the New York Post to get Republicans to squabble.  Ted's been a strong ally.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

He's been a steadfast ally, which is why I kind of view it as a snub.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

I hate to keep repeating it though it appears necessary. While I didn’t vote for Ted Cruz, if he were in the exact place and time and position as Donald Trump, I would support him to the hilt!

People got to get over their egos. We’re in a battle, with the forces of America’s traditions and values rising up to repel an insurgent force of disruptive and dangerous political change, with wrong ideas like socialism and communism, racial guilt and tribalism, class envy, ideas inconsistent with our historically successful, remarkably stable, constitutional, representative, republican form of government.

Get over petty personal animosities and focus on what’s at stake.

I'm in total agreement.

If Ted wanted to address the Convention, he could have asked and he would have been allowed to.  I think if no invitation was proffered, it was because they mutually agree not to do it to avoid making an issue of it.  Just between Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.  There is no professional animosity there that I can see.

Agree.
I was pretty Anti-Trump and Pro-Cruz in 2016.
I got over it.
I'll vote for Trump and Cruz, either, or both, well, as long as they aren't running for the same office.
I can't vote twice.
I am not a Democrat....

That's the way I see it.  It was a snub.  Trump's loss as I think some anti-Trump voters would see Cruz giving the Prez some praise and it would have helped with getting their votes.   Just my opinion -- and yes, I am still a Cruz fan...BIGLY!
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
