BTW,there were 17 year old kids charging up the beaches in Normandy,and the Pacific,as well as leaping out of airplanes over France in WW-2.

I had a friend in the army that was a 16 year old Ranger climbing the cliffs at Normandy to destroy the German cannons on the top on D-Day. He lied about his age and enlisted in the army when he was 14.

I was a 17 year old paratrooper. So were many others.

My dad and three of his brothers were between 14-17 when they all joined the military (army, naval air and marines) for WW-2.   So this kid's age is irrelevant.   He did what he had to do because the leftist idiots in charge refused to protect the citizens they're supposed to be serving.

The prosecution is the punishment. The NRA should make itself useful for a change and pony up for the kid’s defense. IMO this is why the left is trying to make him a ‘white supremacist’ - so he’ll be radioactive and prevent anyone from helping him out.

Good pictures that put the lie to the narrative put down in the extremely biased story.  They prattle on about the poor guy who got shot in the arm, and then show a picture of him clearly holding a pistol after being shot.

He was acting in good faith, who cares what his political leanings are?  I'll bet a donut this wouldn't have been raised as an issue if he were a Dem.
As to the weapon, it's also quite legal for a minor to be gifted a weapon in "most states".

I'm not sure of the term, but there is a situation where the muscles essentially freeze or lock when they're no longer "directed" by the nervous system.
