People "appointed" by Trump will be let go. Happens in every administration to place "your" people in place of former president's people.
Such people are political appointees who are already known. That's not who is being discussed here. The speaker is talking about "expunging" low level bureaucrats who support Trump, whom he qualifies as "white-nationalist supporting people". That means if you are one of two million people who works at the CDC or the Agriculture Department or the State Department and you happen to support Trump, then your job is in jeopardy. Or if you are a federal judge who is labeled as an enemy to the Biden Administration, then you will be impeached and removed from the bench.
Call me crazy, but this is straight up fascism. It is
EXACTLY what the Nazis did in Germany once Hitler became Chancellor. It also reeks of hypocrisy coming from the same people who screamed bloody murder when Bush tried to appoint Justice Department attorneys (who actually are political appointees) after taking office, with zero malice towards the outgoing ones.
