This is a return to the dreams and plans that many had (and some kept) during the 60s and 70s and I'm glad to see this gaining traction. This is the key to many of the problems that plague not just the Black Community, but America in general.

There is a lot of pressure put on blacks in black neighborhoods to "follow the company line". Black Leadership is hooked on all the money that just seems to show up on their doorsteps.
