The Dims MUST keep everything shut down until the election in order to have an excuse to keep Biden locked away in his basement and off the campaign trail. He is so brain-damaged even THEY understand that even a "little bit of Joe" on the campaign trail where he is filmed is too much,and will keep even Dims from voting for him,never mind the undecided voters who end up deciding every election.
