Well, yes... If it cannot be proved in a court of law, that is the definition of exoneration.  :silly:

Since nothing precludes this Prosecuting Attorney or a successor from using their office to keep a shadow of doubt over Wilson using perpetual shamvestigations, Wilson needs to have an attorney file a FOIA-type demand for every scrap of paper and every byte of computer file about this shamvestigation. And then let every person who was in on it and the entire PA's office know that if they ever try this stunt again, they will be sued, the PA's office and every single one of them as individuals. IOW, a counter-attack plus a preemptive attack.

Now all he has to do is move to the Ozarks or the Rockies or something... to relocate and rebuild a life.
