In Case You Missed It Dept.:

Joe Biden lashed out at President Trump for his repeated assertions that Biden is not mentally up for the presidency. Joe countered by questioning Trump's mental acuity. Biden said he's taking cognitive function tests every day and then he added that he's taking cognitive function tests every day.

The FBI arrested Jeffrey Epstein's underage-girl pimp and Bill Clinton mistress Ghislane Maxwell for procuring underage girls. They put her in the same federal jail where Epstein strangled to death. If they find a noose in her cell will Bubba Wallace complain to NASCAR?

The Centers for Disease Control reported the latest spike in the number of Covid cases during the last two weeks is filling up hospitals and medical clinics again. It's brought back bartering. The latest Covid patients are offering to pay for their medical bills with the merchandise they looted.

Joe Biden went off on a verbal tangent during his first press briefing in three months, causing his sign interpreter at one point to shrug her shoulders and give up. It's insane. I think the Democrats may lose this election because they're hell bent on proving that any idiot could beat Trump.

President Trump did an interview in which he asserted that he's totally supportive of state and local Covid-19 safety rules. Trump even revealed that he has a black face mask that he wears and added he looks cool in it. CNN reported that Trump said he looks cool wearing blackface.

President Trump saluted the Fourth of July at the foot of Mount Rushmore where he delivered a speech attacking destroyers of statues, the Cancel Culture and leftist indoctrination of schoolchildren. Response was swift. Joe Biden posted a video wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

Thomas Jefferson was played by an actor reciting the Declaration of Independence at the Jefferson Memorial. His words speak to us today. On his deathbed in 1826, Jefferson said the biggest mistake he made as president was appointing Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the Supreme Court.

Joe Biden posted a campaign video accusing President Trump of endangering the safety of U.S. troops with his reckless policy. That's so true. U.S. troops were SO much safer when they were in Syria battling ISIS than they are back home in America defending our statues against Democrats.

Richmond and New York experienced more monument destruction by mobs of protesters. Last week they tore down statues of Rebel slave owners and then this week they tore down a statue of the great abolitionist, Frederick Douglass. The least the protesters could do is pick a side and stick with it.

Kanye West announced in a tweet that he's running for president in 2020. He stated it's time for Americans to trust God, unify our vision and build for the future. And just think, as an added bonus if Kanye West succeeds Donald Trump as president, then Black is the New Orange.

Rush Limbaugh urged older Americans to stay sheltered but called on young people to go out and live their lives. He trusts herd immunity, as do I. In good news on the virus front, a Covid-19 victim in Chicago fully recovered and is able to return to his life as a future gunshot victim.

The Chicago Tribune reports a record number of shootings in Chicago over July 4th weekend. The police say there were seventy-six shootings and fifteen killed on the city's dreaded South Side. Although the investigations are still underway, no Confederate statues were spotted leaving the scene.

Thanks for the Toons, and a reason to look forward to Mondays!  I hope your weekend was great!
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16

In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
More than any other time in history, mankind faces a crossroads. One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness. The other, to total extinction. Let us pray we have the wisdom to choose correctly.-Woody Allen

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
