I think he took his basically accurate statement a little too far. Sanger's main goal was consequence-free sexual promiscuity. Decreasing the population of blacks and other undesirables was a secondary goal. In that she got some support from KKK and the Nazis. Her view of blacks was more related to Social Darwinism and eugenics than actual hatred for blacks, I think. PP does locate disproportionately in majority black neighborhoods, so PP's actions end up being consistent with Sanger's former ideology.
