Treasury yields took a back some of their earlier decline after the Federal Reserve indicated it would keep interest rates low for several years. The 10-year Treasury note yield was down 2.7 basis points to 0.802%, while the 2-year note rate edged 1.3 basis points higher to 0.193%. The 30-year bond yield , 1.538% fell 2.9 basis points to 1.555% The Fed's projections of interest rates showed members of its policy-setting body did not see the benchmark interest rate at least through 2022. The central bank also slashed its estimate for U.S. gross domestic product this year to -6.5% and raised its median forecast for 2020 unemployment to 9.3%.

Seems the Feds are tad less Bullish on economic outlook than the market in general. Low savings rates, should bolster market further, but bad news for those who rely on fixed rates for retirement income.  i.e, bonds, CD's, annuties,

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Translation:  For the next 2½  years, the Fed will continue its Weimar Republic policy of financing federal deficit spending by printing up brand new money instead of borrowing dollars already in existence.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

-Ayn Rand-
