And yet.... he didn't die of the officer kneeling on him to keep him from resisting arrest.  And apparently .... saying "I can't breathe" to the cops, after resisting arrest, has become quite common.  You really should try to edicate yourself, hon.   It would be refreshing.

I can't keep up with every freaky conspiracy in Trump's twitter feed or on ONN.  You believe Floyd did not die of cop kneeling?  Just a coincidence?  Amazing what I learn here.

The original autopsy report stated it clearly.  Did you miss that (for some reason)?

I'm not a medical doctor.  I'm not sure how to read "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restrain, and neck compression."  You clearly have not read it.  You've read about the prosecution charging documents, or heard someone tell you about the prosecution charging documents.  https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/voices/george-floyds-autopsy-and-the-structural-gaslighting-of-america/

Quote
By Monday, June 1, in the context of widespread political pressure, the public received two reports: the preliminary autopsy report commissioned by Floyd’s family by private doctors, and—shortly thereafter—a summary of the preliminary autopsy from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office. Both reports stated that the cause of Floyd’s death was homicide: death at the hands of another.

I've read enough to know that he didn't die due to being restrained by officers.  If he died of anything it was from the drugs in his system and heart problems while resisting arrest.
