Protests were planned in all five boroughs Saturday. The city's Office of Emergency Management warned to expect traffic delays and road closures due to one in Manhattan, along FDR Drive, by mid-afternoon, as witnesses described a largely "peaceful" demonstration outside the 28th Precinct in Harlem. Large crowds also blocked traffic on the West Side Highway around 100th Street.

OEM said all Brooklyn-bound lanes of the Brooklyn Bridge in Manhattan were closed at 7:30 p.m. due to protest activity.
