OC beaches open

All beaches in OC appear to now be opened.
Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente
Many of these were in the news a week or two, before. Demonstrations, asking to Re-Open OC.
Re-opening took decisions by various city, county and state jurisdictions.
Across the country, decisions to re-open, have had favorable results--few peope getting sick and fewer dying.
Mostly good. A few bad spots.
