Well, if his FB post actually had specific threats then a criminal investigation is in order. If it was merely crude venting, well it's free speech, subject to Face Plant's standards. As for Whole Foods, they are a private business. They have the right to have such rules - as do restaurants with "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service" rules. Whole Foods has this mask rule out of concern for their employees, who are in contact with more individual people in a single day than most people are in a week or even a month. If that crude moron doesn't like it, he can take his business elsewhere. Or if they offer the service, order products online from Whole Foods o to be delivered to his home.
