Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. (...) The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

Not sure where this nugget goes, but it basically invalidates any legal ability to enforce bans on "gatherings" because of the right to assemble.

I'm not sure which category we'd put it in either, but it is a good reminder. I would expect freedom to worship and the RKBA should be included here as well.

Right. But not at the point-in-fact... That is more for litigation, and fat lawyers in libraries with overstuffed chairs.  :shrug:
