I saw that video last week and did not post it here because I thought the charges mentioned in it were, shall we say,  not credible to me.

Treason is the one crime clearly defined in the Constitution and either you commit it or you don't.

That's the wonder of conspiracy charges. If you and I were to sit and talk about doing something, that's conspiracy. No actual crime need be committed nor proven, only that the parties involved discussed committing a crime.

My to-be daughter-in-law (Marriage set for November), works for "Stop the Traffik" (they spell Traffick that way for their name), a world wide organization to stop trafficking of people.  A "Stop the Traffik" group is also in the United States.  Cindy McCain works with this group using the McCain Foundation.

What is happening in those countries?
Women and men are taken from Syria, voluntary or not, to Turkey.  Some are placed there to work as slave labor and/or as prostitutes.  They don't complain as the trafficking group in Syria threatens their families with harm if they complain.

From Turkey, the remaining group, larger than the group left in Turkey, are taken to Greece so they have these people now in a European country.  From there these people are moved to any country in Europe.  Companies/people pay the Traffickers money for these people.  It is up to the company or private buyer, to pay the worker a small amount or not.

I'll have to check that out. It makes sense, really, because as stress is relieved in one place, it is increased in another relative to the relieved area, and maybe overall if the stress relief in one part of the plate increased stress on another.
