PHOENIX — Day in and day out, we're all constantly bombarded with the stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic, so it's more important than ever to find excuses to unwind.

April 7 is just such an occasion: National Beer Day. It commemorates the end of Prohibition, specifically, when the Cullen-Harrison Act was signed into law in 1933. It allowed the sale of low-alcohol beer and wines.

Obviously, you can't celebrate by going out for a drink, but since the state relaxed its guidance on alcohol sales to allow more takeout options, several local breweries are offering delivery.
