A little while back, I mentioned one of my effective tools back in earlier sell-offs has been monitoring Insider Trading by corporate officers, via catalogued SEC Filings. Watching these trends might give some insight on some good buys.
Of course this is not infallible, but it is a neat way to see who (especally those in the know) knows when their company price is " Over-Sold"
