Disgraced Hollywood producer turned convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein has tested positive for coronavirus, according to Deadline.

The Hollywood trade publication reported Sunday that â€œan Empire State law enforcement officialâ€ confirmed to them that Weinstein tested positive for the Chinese virus mere days after being transferred to the Wende Correctional Facility from Rikers Island in New York City.

The convicted rapist was sentenced to 23 years in prison earlier this month following his conviction on two sex charges.

Weinsteinâ€™s contraction of the virus was first reported by the Niagara Gazette on Sunday.

A good question would be, 'How many other prisoners have it? Is it just him?'

Republicans better be careful who they are around. Several Democrats have bragged about doing the same thing to Republicans. I do not think they were joking. Democrats are vicious and murderous. If they can find a way to infect the RNC, Republican members of Congress, or the White House, they will do it in a blink, without a second thought.

I am guessing he is going to be so depressed about catching a disease like this while being held in isolation in a prison that he will become downright suicidal,and probably hang himself.

A false test could improve his stay.

If he comes out clean someone has an improved financial condition.

During the trial and maybe before, Weinstein was shuffling around on a walker and his lawyers were making vague statements about his bad health. He also supposedly had a heart episode recently. I've wondered all along if all these health problems were for real, to evoke sympathy from the jurors and/or if convicted, to get the guy some nicer accommodations. This latest, supposed coronavirus diagnosis may be just the latest part of his and his lawyers' scheme. The man does not want to pay for his crime.
