Joe Biden has a new campaign manager, a major change as he moves into presumptive nominee mode and hopes to address concerns of organizational errors that plagued him during early primary contests.
New Biden campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillon previously ran former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke's presidential campaign. Greg Schultz, who was campaign manager from the start of Biden's campaign, is expected to take a new top role in the campaign focused on organizational planning and donor outreach, according to the Washington Post.

O'Malley Dillon, 43, is a longtime Democratic operative. Previously, she was a deputy campaign manager for President Barack Obama's reelection campaign in 2012 and executive director for the Democratic National Committee. After O'Rourke dropped out of the race, she became an informal campaign adviser for senior Biden campaign officials.
