California Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low said he drafted the bill at the behest of an eight-year-old girl.

Sacramento, CA – California lawmakers are considering a bill that would make it illegal for stores to separate children’s clothes and toys according to gender.

Assembly Bill 2826, sponsored by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low, would abolish “girls’ aisles” and “boys’ aisles” at all retail department stores that employ at least 500 workers, The Sacramento Bee reported.

Ca is done. We should just pull the plug by announcing we are not going to renew ANY federal contracts there once the expire, and will only be sending welfare/ss checks to people living there who can prove they are US citizens.

Which of course means we are going have to put up another wall, this one running north and south,to keep Ca residents from polluting other states.

Costly, but money well-spent if we are to remain a government of free citizens.

This is the actual bill, https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201920200AB2826 . It hasn't yet had a vote in committee. As written, it looks to me like a store that doesn't have partitions between boys and girls clothing areas or have toys in separate aisle would be compliant. In practical terms, the Kohl's and Target stores near us probably are in compliance wrt clothing simply because they don't have partitions between their existing areas. IOW, the bill is pretty much an empty symbol.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

No,it is a powerful message being sent that is sitting the stage for more action tomorrow.

If it were truly meaningless, the homo lobby wouldn't be pushing for it.
