ICE flouted a new state law that requires the warrant before arresting an illegal on courthouse grounds. After the predictable outcry from courthouse officials and others, ICE calmly gave their rationale.

ICE agents have the superior authority. And since Sacramento keeps trying to obstruct it, acting on that authority in a confrontational way became necessary.

I seriously doubt that the local law enforcement people gave a crap when ICE showed up to take the illegal scumbags back to Mexico.

I'm sure the 'confrontation' went like this:

ICE: "We're here to arrest the two illegals."

Local Cops: "Sure, here you go!"

Here's one instance where the "BOOM" in the title really means something.

This is an important step forward into restoring enforcement of immigration laws into the renegade "sanctuary" states and cities.

Well, that story just came out on GBP releasing a number of illegal so color me skeptical but, at least it's something.
