Maxine Waters Claims California Should Have More Say In Primary Because of Ridiculous Reason

It is beyond me how Maxine Waters ever became a Representative. It’s even harder to try and figure out how she is STILL a representative.
I’m severely hoping that this years election is going to wipe out a number of incumbent Democrats and give the House of Representatives back to the Republicans. This would let President Trump do his job much more efficiently in the next four years.
For some reason, she thinks that money is the way you win politics. Because of how big of a roll California plays in donations, she feels that California should have more say in the primary process because of how much money the state donates via donors.
