 Georgetown libraries remove dozens of novels that offend some students
Greg Piper - Associate Editor •February 13, 2020

Publication that complained says it ‘does not support censorship in any form’

When the staff at an “independent journal of politics and world affairs” complain to Georgetown University officials, they get results.

Administrators removed “all but a few books” from the McCarthy and Reynolds libraries after The Georgetown Review asked why they had so many books marked by “racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, fetishization, and pedophilia,” the publication reported in early February. The story was picked up last week by The Hoya.

The Race Card is alive and well.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

everal novels by Don Tracy, Carter Brown, Nick Carter and the writing duo Richard Sapir and Warren Murphy are on the Review‘s offensive list,

@rangerrebew

ROFLMAO! Those books are hilarious take-offs of "secret agent man" books. Haven't read one in years because they seem to be hard to find now,but if you spot one,ANY one,or them in a used book store,buy it!

Ironically enough,the Korean martial arts master the government hires to train their assassin ends up pretty much running the show,and nothing anyone has ever done anywhere that wasn't originally done in North Korea pisses him off. You ain't read "Prima Donna" until you have read about one of Chiun's hissy-fits. Really funny stuff.

I also love the fact this is a couple of Republican guys in college that are using the left's own bigotry to torment them and show them to be the fools they are.
Anyone who isn't paranoid in 2021 just isn't thinking clearly!

If someone, at the University level of education, is so offended by a book in a library that they in all likely hood have never even opened then they are too immature or too ignorant(probably both) to be in that University.
