Just saw a news story about some local black organization doing veterans outreach,and they highlighted a guy drafted during the VN war that only served 45 days before being given an honorable discharge,who is now retired and drawing 100 percent disability for PTSD. Never served a day in VN,and didn't even serve enough time to graduate from basic training,yet this goober is getting 100 percent disability for PTSD!
