Twice Deported Man Admits To Raping, Murdering New Jersey Woman

JERSEY CITY, NJ (News 12) – An immigrant living in the U.S. illegally, who was deported twice before, has admitted to sexually assaulting and then strangling a woman from Jersey City.
Jorge Rios-Doblado, of Jersey City, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault related to the death of Carolina Cano, 45, of Jersey City.
